For Samples

When you order samples, please contact sales manager and get Proforma Invoice for sample confirmation. After receive your full payment in advance, samples will be delivered immediately by freight collect. In order to delivery the samples to customer without any damage, we prefer express service company by Fedex /DHL/TNT/UPS/EMS

Delivery

Delivery of Formal Order - For OEM order, average delivery will be 30-40 days according to different product and customer requirements For repeat orders, average delivery will be 25-30 days.

Sample Delivery

For samples available in stock, we will arrange delivery immediately after receiving full payment of sample charges.
For special required samples, delivery will be 10-15 days after receiving full payment of sample changes.

Warranty

We provide after sale service warranty terms for two options , one is 1% extra unit provided but no RMA, and another one is that we provide free repair service to customer for one year, and customer will be responsible for the freight cost. For special requirements of warranty according to different product, please contact  sales manager for more detail.
